Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to support our Supply Chain team.
What you will be working on:
Reporting to our VP of Supply Chain Operations, you will be responsible for assisting with Data/metrics validation efforts, process documentation/development and other projects for process improvement. This individual takes the initiative in identifying undocumented and/or underdeveloped processes while looking for ways to help the team work efficiently and collaboratively.
- Intake and create project plans, roadmaps, and timelines. Working with project requester and stakeholders to document and scope all requirements before transitioning to the implementation phase.
- Schedule and lead kickoffs with project stakeholders.
- Work with stakeholders in identifying and removing any roadblocks impeding execution.
- Empower team members to produce their best work, help manage scope, and identify change requests.
- Lead and direct projects with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with in-house clients and project stakeholders.
- Provide leadership with frequent updates on project execution/delivery and resource management.
- Support department functions and operations.
- Support metrics reviews, and validation of system data supporting metrics. Provide detailed analysis of data.
- Support process creation and documentation efforts within the Supply Chain.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- A clear understanding of how to prioritize work and competing requests.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Proven track record of project delivery and excellent follow-through.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of employees.
- Process-oriented, always looking for ways to streamline.
- Effective problem-solving skills and ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Business/Analytics/ Marketing or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience managing analytics projects/requests.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
