This role is 20 hours/week for 6 months (July through February) hybrid in Orange County, Monday and Friday WFH and Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in office in Buena Park.

In this role, you will support an in-house retail and go-to-market creative agency for a global brand. You will act as a crucial resource to help scale operations for a massive upcoming industry trade show. This position is roughly 90% internal client management and 10% creative agency management.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Workfront Master: Act as the primary driver for tracking deliverables, updating project plans, managing risks, and utilizing Workfront dashboards/reports to keep all teams aligned.
- Stakeholder & Client Management: Manage relationships, expectations, and communications with internal brand clients, cross-functional teams, and external vendors.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with existing Event PMs to distribute workload, ensure event logistics align with creative outputs, and remove project blockers.
- Creative Oversight: Shepherd creative agency deliverables through the pipelineincluding booth graphics, landing pages, digital assets, and promotional merchandise.
- Risk & Timeline Mitigation: Proactively identify project risks, establish contingency plans, drive contributors toward hard due dates, and ensure all deliverables are turned over on time.
- Communication: Lead status meetings, document action items, and provide regular, transparent metric updates to agency leadership.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Expert Adobe Workfront Proficiency (Absolute Must): 3+ years of deep, hands-on experience building project plans, navigating dashboards, and driving communication explicitly inside Workfront.
- Large-Scale Trade Show Experience: Proven track record managing massive, high-stakes corporate trade shows (e.g., industry-wide conventions with heavy footprint and compliance requirements, not standard consumer events or festivals).
- Enterprise/Large Corporate Background: Experience navigating the red tape, complex logistics, and multi-layered approval processes typical of major global corporations.
- Creative Agency Experience: 6+ years of total project management experience, with a solid background working inside an internal or external creative/marketing agency.

NICE TO HAVES:
- Bachelor's degree or similar professional work experience.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage diverse internal clients (sales, product teams, executives).
- Preferred: PMP Certification is a plus.
- Preferred: Prior experience managing marketing or digital projects within the musical instruments or entertainment industry.
