ISO Quality Manager

MUST:
Experienced ISO Quality Manager
Certification in ISO quality management (preferred)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the quality management field or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.
In-depth experience in the application of the ISO 9000 series Quality Management and auditing.
Must have demonstrated mastery of quality tools and processes.
Proficiency in Excel and other analytical software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills especially in leading problem solving and root cause analysis.
Proven ability to perform and train others in quality measurement.
Experience conducting internal and external audits.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proven track record of implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements related to quality management.
Bachelors required
DUTIES:
Looking for an experienced ISO Quality Manager to join our dedicated team and ensure that our quality management systems are in compliance with ISO standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, process improvement in the federal contractor space.
As an ISO Quality Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining our ISO quality management department, conducting internal audits, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that our processes meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Your role will also involve training staff on quality management practices, preparing for external audits, and staying up to date with the latest ISO standards and industry best practices.
The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. The ISO quality manager is responsible for maintaining Acquisition Professionals company's ISO program and ensuring quality standards are met. This role will provide oversight of the requirements for the ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) for AP s business model. The ISO Quality Manager will ensure the ISO 9001 QMS demonstrates its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and statutory & regulatory requirements. NOTE: This is a Hybrid, Part-Time (20 hours per week minimum) position. You will be required to work 2 days per week in the Company Corporate offices, located in Alexandria, Virginia.
