6Summary:
The Radiographer functions in collaboration with physicians, physician assistants and/or nurse practitioners, and nursing staff in support of Our Promise. The Radiographer is accountable for performing quality diagnostic imaging examinations through the application of advanced clinical and technical knowledge. Accountable for maintaining strict attention to safe patient care in accordance with organization and department policy, procedures and protocols. The Radiographer will need to be knowledgeable of regulatory compliance standards and radiation safety, maintaining departmental compliance in collaboration with Radiation Safety Officer.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
Graduation from an accredited program in Radiologic Technology
ARRT Texas Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist
CPR - BLS required
