Role Overview
Legend Biotech is seeking an R&D intern as part of the Novel CAR Design team based in Piscataway, NJ for our 2025 Summer Internship Program, which will run from June 9th, 2025, to August 15th, 2025.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze the cytotoxic potential of gamma delta T cells, macrophages or NK cells or other immune cells by various assays in particular, cytotoxicity assay, cytokine analysis by MSD assay.
- Correlate the cytotoxicity in various donors.
- Analyze data to report to manager and group members.
Requirements
- Strong interest or passion to work in cell therapy space.
- Candidate (College student, BS, MS or PhD with knowledge of CAR-T, in-vivo CAR-T, virus production, immunotherapy) interested in learning new technology and available to devote time in lab bench work (70%) and desk work (30%)
