Role Overview
At Legend Biotech, we are seeking an R&D Intern as part of the Exploratory Technology Team based in Piscataway, NJ for our 2025 Summer Internship Program, which will run from June 9th, 2025, to August 15th, 2025.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform plasmid transfection and lentivirus packaging, physical titration and functional titration.
- Perform lentivirus transduction of PBMCs or other cell types.
- Perform flow cytometry assay to test transduction efficiency.
- Support manager and team members for other assays.
- Analyze data and present results to the manager and share with the group in group meetings.
Requirements
- Strong interest in working in cell therapy space.
- Candidate (College student(s) with essential course work training in cell biology or immunology) interested in learning new technology and available to devote time in lab bench work (70%) and desk work (30%)
