Full Job Description

Summary of Responsibilities:

Join a Great Place to Work! We’re looking for a records specialist to support ATC by coordinating and administering the flow of drawings, information and data between our customers, project teams, and vendors. You’ll use data and create custom reports to monitor timely flow of information and accuracy of our records.

Essential Responsibilities:

In this role, you’ll use your two plus years of experience providing administrative support in an engineering office environment to provide control of newly created or modified power line and substation drawings, assign drawing numbers, electronically file drawings and enter associated attributes into the records management application following company standards and work effectively with our internal and external stakeholders to identify and resolve documentation issues. You’ll also collect and report data to identify current and future trends and monitor key performance indicators. Additionally, you’ll initiate and track the drawing routing process for project groups, assemble and distribute documentation for construction and process asset documentation for long term operation and maintenance.
