Through internationally acclaimed online courses and degree programs, intensive summer programs and workshops, textbooks that are the definitive source on their subjects, and emerging K-12 offerings, POPP brings the best of Berklee to students all over the world, no matter their ability, background, or level of experience.Berklee Online seeks a Registrar Operations Assistant for an up to 3-year temporary, 30 hour a week position supporting the Registrar Team during a multi- year initiative to implement Workday Student. Reporting to the Senior Graduation and Events Coordinator, the Registrar Operations Assistant will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration of Berklee Online’s programs, including accredited courses, certificate programs, and undergraduate and graduate degree programs.
While primarily a remote role, it will require some in-person work during the commencement planning season (March through June), as such, the ideal candidate will live within the greater Boston-metropolitan area.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Complete daily and recurring registrar operational tasks such as running a semesterly report for repeated coursework, processing enrollment verification forms for degree students, managing the degree verification process for graduate non-degree students
Assist the Transfer Team in completing unofficial transfer evaluations for prospective undergraduate degree applicants, in rebuilding and maintaining historical records of Berklee Online coursework, and provide support in transfer credit data entry in the Student Information System
Support the Graduation Team in carrying out a number of essential duties including updating graduation related tracking information in the CRM, preparing degree audits for graduation application review and processing, preparing physical materials ahead of events, updating the student record scans for graduated students, and in responding to basic student inquiries regarding graduation/commencementAssist in troubleshooting errors with electronic students forms as well as in form building and maintenance
Provide support for the Berklee Online Academic Partnership program through updating transfer credit guides and coordinating virtual information sessions with partnership schools
Assist with other duties as assigned

Required Experience
Bachelor’s Degree required
1+ years of experience in a Registrar Office or Admissions setting
Knowledge of Salesforce, Workday, Colleague, and/or Form Assembly a plus
