Role
The Food and Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for assisting operations at Antlers Lodge and Springhouse Café.
As the Food and Beverage Supervisor, the individual will be tasked with providing excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns, collecting feedback, and ensuring that all guest interactions are positive, welcoming, and align with the brand's standards. The supervisor will also monitor inventory levels at both locations, assist with ordering food and beverage supplies, and ensure that all items are properly stocked and available for service. Maintaining high food quality, presentation, and overall service standards is essential, and regular quality checks will be conducted to ensure consistency in every aspect of the operation.
The role also involves ensuring that all employees maintain a high level of professionalism, adhere to company policies, and consistently deliver exceptional service to guests. The supervisor will be responsible for maintaining operational efficiency at both Antlers Lodge and Springhouse Café, assisting in managing workflow, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operations during peak times. Additionally, the supervisor will support the training and development of staff, ensuring they are well-informed about the menu, service standards, and company expectations.

Qualifications
- 1-2 Years in a food and beverage supervisory role or equivalent experience
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with both staff and guests effectively
- Ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail in all aspects of service
