The Role:
Working as a Sales Support Representative for our Channel Partners is the perfect role to introduce you to the world of sales and customer support. Our reps are expected to maintain an engaging energy and enthusiasm with our customers, surpassing their expectations every time. You should be passionate about ensuring that customers have a smooth, positive transition from the point of sale to the activation of their equipment.
This is an entry-level position where you will learn a variety of skill sets such as sales tactics and processes, Vivint systems/equipment, customer service, and time management skills. Candidates must be results-focused and relentless problem solvers. Working in this fast-paced position will provide a lot of growth opportunities for upward mobility. This position pays an hourly rate plus uncapped commission opportunities paid on performance.
Position Details:
$15/hour plus uncapped commission (On average, Reps will make between $35k - 45k per year)
2 week, onsite paid training at our Provo, UT office.
Minimum Qualifications:
Completed High School Education, GED, or equivalent
Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to pass a background check and be licensed through the State of Utah as a Burglar Alarm Company Agent
Computer Literate
Desire to engage customers in an upbeat, helpful manner
Ability to work designated shift full-time.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.
