The Saw Operator position is Sunday through Thursday 3PM to 11PM. The pay range is $16-$18.50/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
Saw Tables: Operate and maintain saw to cut our product efficiently. Removing dust and particles from product before crating.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all cuts meet quality standards, and visually inspecting products prior to labeling.
Equipment Operation: Operate equipment safely and efficiently every time.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues related to any possible downtime or product defect.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to operations.
Physical Requirements:
- Stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
Working Conditions:
- Fast-paced environment with exposure to varying temperatures.
Performance Metrics:
- Quality and quantity of work completed daily.
- Safety record and adherence to processes.
