What you'll do:

• Be part of a team supporting the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) by disseminating data to researchers who are studying ways to improve the quality and reduce the cost of care provided to chronically ill Medicare beneficiaries. (No big deal).
• Following the SAFe agile methodology, guide and coach scrum team on how to use agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to CMS.
• Help the Scrum Team focus on creating high-value Increments that meet the Definition of Done.
• Remove impediments to the Scrum Team's progress.
• Help the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items.
• Help scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity.
• Facilitate stakeholder collaboration as needed.

What we'd like you to have:

• Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of professional experience.
• Scrum Master certification.
• Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills.
• Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction.

What would blow us away:

• Previous experience supporting CMS in a SAFe agile environment (PI Planning, anyone?).
