 Senior Advisor, Product Marketing

Position Overview
Were seeking a detail-oriented, execution-focused contractor to support product marketing and program activities for our storage networking business. This role will help drive day-to-day execution of sales programs, reporting, and cross-functional coordination during a temporary coverage period. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, managing multiple workstreams, and collaborating across teams to keep initiatives moving forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and support sales programs (incentives, campaigns, enablement initiatives) 
  • Track program performance and analyze sales and pipeline data to identify trends 
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and business trackers 
  • Prepare presentations and summaries for internal reviews and leadership updates 
  • Coordinate with sales, presales, marketing, and partner teams to ensure alignment and execution 
  • Support recurring business cadences (weekly updates, monthly metrics, QBRs) 
  • Manage program operations, including approvals, tracking, and documentation

Qualifications

  • 3-7 years of relevant experience in product marketing, program management, sales operations, or similar roles 
  • Strong analytical skills with experience working in Excel and reporting tools 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment 
  • Strong communication and organizational skills 
  • Self-starter with high attention to detail and follow-through Preferred 
  • Experience in enterprise technology (storage, networking, or infrastructure)
  • Exposure to sales programs, incentives, or go-to-market execution 
  • Experience working across cross-functional or global teams

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
