Overview:
The Senior Analyst, Digital CLM & Insights will be responsible for analyzing customer lifecycle management (CLM) data and providing insights to enhance customer engagement, retention, and value. The Senior Analyst, Digital CLM & Insights will focus on understanding customer behaviors, identifying opportunities for growth, and supporting the development of targeted CLM campaigns.
