Role Overview:

The Financial Education and Wellness team plays a pivotal role in working with different channel partners to fulfill our mission to provide financial security and peace of mind. This dedicated team is responsible for developing financial wellness solutions that are accessible via digital channels and can be utilized by our advisors within their local communities. The financial wellness solutions include personalized educational content, tools and services and access to experienced advisors. The goal of these solutions is to ensure that individuals have the knowledge and resources needed to make informed financial decisions, ultimately enhancing their overall financial well-being.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Product Marketer who will be responsible for developing and implementing the marketing strategy for the financial wellness solutions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B and B2C digital product marketing. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of our financial wellness solutions, drive user engagement, and conversion across B2B and B2C channels.

What You'll Do:

  • Work with research team and channel partners to understand client and consumer needs/ motivation to inform the marketing strategy
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies, go-o-market approach and communications to promote NYL's financial education programs across B2B and B2C markets.
  • Support establishing the value proposition and messaging for the digital product offering
  • Work with the marketing channel leads to develop and optimize consumer journeys and marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Work with creative and other channel leads to develop the assets needed for the campaigns (e.g., sales pitch decks, email templates, social posts, articles)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, distribution, channel leads and creative, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to inform and optimize strategies.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and apply this knowledge to improve marketing efforts.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital product marketing, with a strong focus on both B2B and B2C markets.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Experience developing marketing performance measurement frameworks.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in the technology or financial services industry.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Nice to have - financial education and wellness background.

Pay Transparency

Salary Range:$105,000 - $140,000

Overtime eligible:Exempt

Discretionary bonus eligible:Yes

Sales bonus eligible:No

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
