If so, bring your passion for leading work across organizational lines, building new product capabilities for customers and helping improve a key Fidelity managed account product offering to the enrollment experience squad in the Personalized Planning & Advice for Workplace (PP&A-W) product area. The Enrollment Experience squad is looking for a Senior Business Analyst who is passionate about delivering seamless, personalized participant profiling and enrollment experience that helps our customers reach their retirement goals.

In this role, you will work with your squad to provide effective product partnership through product strategy, stakeholder management, business requirements definition, backlog management, and build strong working relationships across the organization. As a Senior Business Analyst, you must be a highly motivated self-starter with a sense of ownership, attention to detail, and an effective liaison between business partners and your team. Day to day, you will work closely with a team of cross-functional and dedicated squad members (UXD, analytics, partner teams, product, technology, legal, compliance & risk partners) responsible for delivering specific business goals.

Expertise and Skills You Bring

* 6+ years of experience in business analysis in a product development environment

* Experience thinking strategically about business problems and solution ideas

* Capable of supporting significant system implementations in a highly technical ecosystem with complex customer data flows

* Excellent requirements analysis, story writing, story validation and stakeholder collaboration skills

* Agile mentality and experience in agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro or similar Agile backlog management tools preferred

* Ability to assist in the creation and ongoing management of the scrum team's product backlog

* Proven time management and organizational skills; able to balance multiple priorities

* Ability to synthesize sophisticated details and requirements into easily consumed concepts

* Experience making formalized recommendations to senior leaders

* Ability to build credibility and trust with diverse partners across all layers of the organization

* Experience working with UX Design and comfortable providing mentorship to UXD

* Data analysis experience: experience in interpreting data and analytics preferred

* Bachelor's degree preferred

Contributions of this role spans across the entire product development lifecycle, including product feature strategy and definition, requirements analysis, collaboration with development team on work breakdown, business acceptance testing, analysis of business outcome, and customer feedback gathering and analysis. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, have strong relationship building, and influencing skills; coupled with an ability to think creatively and strategically. Working collaboratively, you will engage with the squad leader and a wide internal network of business partners to ensure organizational needs are achieved.

Personalized Planning & Advice at Work (PP&A) is the 3rd largest and fastest-growing workplace managed account offering in the industry and is a key product area in the Workplace Investing growth strategy.

WI Customer Solutions provides the WI Agile organization with business analysts and consultants. The Customer Solutions team is responsible for helping the business achieve results. Our role is to turn business objectives into useful plans and solutions that deliver outstanding customer value.
