As a Senior Cyber Security Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading and managing the cyber security team within our Corporate business. You will play a critical role in ensuring the security and protection of our company's information systems and data. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the field of cyber security and contribute to the overall success of Honeywell. You will report directly to our Cyber Security Manager and you'll work out of our Clearwater, FL location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the security and resilience of our company's information systems and data and obtain a security clearance. You will lead a team of cyber security professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective security measures. You will also be responsible for monitoring and responding to security incidents, conducting risk assessments, and implementing security policies and procedures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Monitor and respond to security incidents
* Conduct risk assessments and implement security policies and procedures
* Stay up-to-date with the latest cyber security trends and advancements

YOU MUST HAVE
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
* Prior leadership experience
* 5+ years of experience in cyber security or a related field
WE VALUE
* Master's degree
* Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, or CEH
* Strong knowledge of cyber security principles and best practices
* Experience in a corporate or enterprise environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
