Pay Range: Actual pay may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for incentive compensation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Creates and executes the strategy and roadmap for the I&O organization.
- Develops, controls, and owns the I&O global budget.
- Responsible for the lifecycle management of global infrastructure.
- Builds best in class ITSM practices to drive operational efficiencies.
- Develops, monitors and delivers monthly metrics to execute on commitments.
- Increases visibility of the technology landscape and its associated risk.
- Supports the transformational activities of the team and the company’s product roadmap in a dynamic environment.
- Builds an end user strategy that secures our assets and optimizes our spend.
- Build and maintains relationships with technology leaders and business executives to develop a clear understanding of business needs.
- Identifies gaps and hires, develops, and retains a high-performing and diverse team.
- Other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position manages employees and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees.

Minimum 4 Year / Bachelors Degree Information Systems/Technology related field of study Preferred Graduate Degree Information Systems/Technology related field of study Minimum Years of Experience 5 years experience in large, cross-functional teams influencing senior level management and key stakeholders.
