As a Senior Marketing Manager on the Skincare Category Marketing team, you will lead the development of strategic creative briefs and 360 communications plans while ensuring the flawless execution of our client’s skincare campaigns. Reporting to the Senior Director, Skincare Marketing, you will be a key member of the team responsible for driving customer engagement and skincare sales through marketing communications.

In addition, you will:

Lead marketing campaign strategy for the skincare category

Collaborate with skincare business partners to synthesize business objectives, customer insights, sales forecasts, and vehicle insights in order to create a strategic marketing campaign and guide creative development to deliver on the needs of the business

Develop and maintain productive relationships with key cross-functional partners across a highly matrixed organization, including digital marketing, paid media, non-traditional production, project management, and creative, as well as across business units such as Canada and other retail partnerships

Lead the creative development of skincare campaigns by facilitating briefings for creative teams, delivering creative feedback grounded in strategy, and ensuring flawless execution across all content for each campaign

We would love to hear from you if you meet the following:

5-7 years of marketing experience: agency, retail, beauty industry experience preferred, but not required

Ability to thrive in a retail-oriented environment (i.e. fast-paced, high level of ambiguity, & flexibility)

High attention to detail in managing a range of projects, people, and initiatives at the same time

Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing – store, digital, social media, and paid media

Passion for creative strategy, creative development, and campaign execution

Outstanding interpersonal skills; ability to develop and maintain relationships with business partners at all levels across a variety of functions
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $45.61 to $50.68 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location
