Summary

First Horizon Bank is seeking a Senior Project Manager of Product to oversee the planning, execution and delivery of product initiatives from conception through launch. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Work with Product leads to manage product development projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets and quality standards
Work closely with cross-functional teams to define project goals and requirements
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively
Allocate resources effectively and manage team dynamics to ensure project success
Implement and refine project management processes and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Monitor project progress, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and prepare project status reports
Manage project budgets, track expenses and ensure financial accountability

Qualifications Include

Bachelor's degree, PMP or similar certification preferred
5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in product development
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Asana)
