Responsibilities
Our high-performing sales team is looking for an Associate Director, Sales Representative, within the Insurance Business Unit to drive growth with key accounts and new clients across a defined territory. The role of Associate Director, Sales Representative within the Insurance Business Unit involves managing complex sales processes and driving significant revenue growth. The position requires a deep understanding of Moody's data, models, and platforms, as well as the ability to develop and implement strategic client-centric plans. The Sales Representative will need to liaise at the C-level to build long-term and trusted relationships with clients, and work closely with various internal teams to introduce and develop custom solutions. The role demands a high level of autonomy and the ability to forecast and close business to plan on a quarterly cycle.

About the team Focusing predominantly on (re)insurance and MGA clients, the team consults at C-Level to help our clients solve challenging problems through a solutions-sales approach. Our Catastrophe models for Casualty insurance, combined with the release of our Casualty & Financial Lines offerings, will drive significant activity for the Sales Representative. Further sales growth will increasingly come from encouraging clients to expand the use of Moody's data, models and platforms across their organization |
For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $112,000 - $162,400, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody's also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
