Overview:
The Business Transformation Co-op will partner with our executive team and other leaders at SharkNinja to drive results on cross-functional projects and teams aimed at enhancing business processes, accelerating technological advancements, and improving overall operational efficiency to help SharkNinja achieve its long-term strategic goals. Project types will support our organizational goals related to new category entry, expansion in existing categories, geographic expansion, and building a strong foundation from which SharkNinja will continue to scale.
Here are some of the EXCITING things you’ll get to do:
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements across various departments and geographies to drive standardization, efficiency, cost reduction, and ultimately to improve the consumer experience.
- Project Management: Support a portfolio of transformation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and achieve their intended objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure buy-in and support for transformation initiatives.
- Performance Measurement: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of transformation efforts. Provide regular reports to executive leadership on progress and impact.
- Change Management: Drive the management of change initiatives, ensuring smooth transition processes with minimal disruption to business operations. Develop change management plans that include stakeholder analysis, communication strategies, and training programs.
- Technology Integration: Collaborate with the IT department to drive the adoption of new technologies and digital tools that support business transformation goals.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in business transformation, change management, or strategic planning
- AI experience a definite plus.
- Strong collaboration skills and being able to deliver results through others
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong proficiency in project management
- Successful track record of delivering results within a rapidly growing company and a fast-paced environment.
- CPG experience is preferred, but not required
- Superior MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
