Consumer Experience Co-Op
Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyze consumer interaction data for existing and new product launches.
- Provide insights and actionable recommendations to teams to improve the consumer experience.
- Conduct competitor product assessment in pursuit of refining and defining new product launches.
- Attend product meetings and testing to build product acumen. Apply this acumen when analyzing consumer feedback.
- Work cross-functionally with engineers, product developers, analysts and more to apply consumer feedback into enhancements, videos, instructions and more.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business or analytics major.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Prior experience in an internship or co-op assignment requiring data analysis.
- Experience analyzing large amounts of data and identifying actionable insights.
- High attention to detail with the ability to dig deeper to identify root causes.
- High level of curiosity – unafraid to ask tough questions and challenge the thinking of others.
- Passion for product and consumer technology.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to pivot quickly to meet consumer needs.
