An excellent career opportunity is currently available for a Sr Administrative Assistant at Honeywell located in Charlotte, NC. In this exciting opportunity in a high growth environment, you will utilize your extensive administrative experience to significantly impact and support our ESS leadership team.
Use your administrative and organizational skills to provide high-level administrative support to Honeywell executives, including Vice Presidents and Senior Leaders within our Energy & Sustainability Solutions (ESS) group. You will work closely with our business leaders and enjoy a lot of interaction with internal employees and external customers. Contribute in a team of highly committed professionals who's organizational and communication skills ensure smooth travel planning, calendar coordination, complex meeting planning, PO processing and other administrative business processes. Grow and develop your technical and interpersonal skills while focusing on client support. Contribute to a team-based culture and friendly working environment
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES
* Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for ESS leaders.
* Arranges sometimes complex travel arrangements both domestic and international including accommodations, VISA applications, detailed itineraries, and all correspondence related to arrangements as needed.
* Assisting with the preparation and submission of expense reports.
* Coordinating and supporting large group meetings and/ or events (For example: customer meetings, large team meetings, ESS HQ Events and related activities).
* Handling purchase orders (POs) and associated documentation as needed.
* Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
* Handles confidential information; and becomes a trusted member of the team.
* Provide general administrative support to the ESS team.
U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization

YOU MUST HAVE
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
