Job Description
Under minimal supervision, develop and execute go-to market strategy for relevant business. Lead downstream marketing strategies while driving tactical execution.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement marketing programs, promotions and integrated campaigns in support of sales initiatives and business goals.
Lead marketing projects and provide guidance to product divisions on product positioning, messaging, and development of sales tools.
Analyze budgets and financials to measure marketing programs performance and identify areas of opportunity.
Review the competition and market trends to optimize and implement marketing initiatives. Share key insights with stakeholders.
Partner with medical education to cultivate KOL relationships and customer advisory boards.
Create and manage the sales editorial communication plan, including completing trainings on a regular basis.
Lead the ongoing management of marketing content on Medline's companywebsite.
Provide project oversight, training, and coaching to the marketing team.
Education
Bachelor's degree.
Work Experience
At least 4 years of marketing experience (ex. marketing plans, promotions, trade shows and other marketing/sales strategies).
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Experience working in a matrix organization and leading with influence.
Experience in medical device, pharma or other healthcare field.
Experience with project management (for example: planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives).
Experience defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions.
Experience understanding customer needs/priorities and skills to use that insight to develop innovative and effective marketing programs that generate sales.
Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
Willing to travel up to 20% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS
Master's degree.
At least 5-10 years of marketing experience (ex. marketing plans, promotions, trade shows and other marketing/sales strategies).
