As a Sr. Project Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing projects within our organization. You will be responsible for leading a team of project managers and ensuring the successful execution of projects from initiation to completion. Your strong leadership skills and ability to drive results will be essential in delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting customer expectations. You will report directly to our Project Manager and you'll work out of College Park, Maryland location. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our projects and the overall performance of our organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
* Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project milestones and deliverables
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with business goals
* Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
* Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and address any concerns
YOU MUST HAVE
* Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or related roles within mechanical construction industry.
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills

* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
* Experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
* Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to drive results and meet deadlines
