Summary of Responsibilities:

We’re looking for a Sr. Regulatory Policy Analyst to monitor and analyze regulatory and industry policy issues of interest to ATC; advocate ATC positions externally; and coordinate and participate in the preparation of regulatory filings and policy position papers on regulatory and industry issues.Essential Responsibilities:
In this role, you’ll use your bachelors degree or equivalent experience and five years in in regulatory affairs or policy to coordinate and develop FERC and regulatory filings with the Legal Department and outside counsel, and ensure that company concerns regarding policy determinations and business objectives have been discussed and addressed within filings. You’ll also prepare and develop recommendations for ATC corporate positions on regulatory and industry issues, participate in policy discussions with company policy decision makers in the development of corporate positions on regulatory and industry policy issues and develop internal consensus on policy issues.
