Job Description
Primarily to our tech center in Prague, we are looking for a Strategic Planning Lead, Technology Partnership, who will be a member of the Global Animal Health IT (GAHM IT) Strategy &Execution team responsible for strategic planning for the Digital roadmap across Animal Health.
You will be responsible for strategic planning to achieve the GAHM Digital Strategy, own the process for site roadmap development and regular updates, and will support the overall GAHM Digital Strategy update, partner with sites and site Digital Leads closely, as well as Product Line Leaders within GAHM IT, AH IT, and our digital manufacturing division to deliver a consistent and achievable set of business benefits.This encompasses a wide range of manufacturing technology, including PLCs, SCADAs, historians, MES systems and supporting IT applications, all aligned to a goal of ensuring frictionless flow of data and more efficient business operations.
This role requires a significant degree of self-motivation, and a dedication to communication with a wide array of stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Provides facilitation for design and implementation of strategic, aligned and compliant digital solutions to support business strategy at Animal Health sites, including:
Process owner for site Roadmaps
Routine update and monitoring of site Roadmaps aligned with site Digital lead
Support project managers in scoping of individual projects and initiatives at site, focused on project cost, timing, and value.
Maintains cadence communication with sites Digital teams to ensure portfolios are aligned with digital strategy and delivering per plan
Enforces value realization activities are followed with prioritization of initiatives that maximize investment to achieve business outcomes; identifies and achieves cost savings opportunities on both capital and expense spend.
Communicates strategy and portfolio to key business stakeholder and facilitate buy-in across key stakeholders including all digital innovation initiatives
Builds a strong network within the divisions and Hubs for sharing expertise and to the enterprise digital strategy
Acts as a credible change agent to align the portfolio and roadmaps with the overall business strategy
Works closely with Product Line Leads to ensure the right set of products is being used by the business and Product Line priorities are aligned with the digital strategy
Brings together the right stakeholders to ensure compliance and sustainability of solutions

B.S., B.A., or greater, preferably in Engineering, Science, or Information Technology
Minimum 3 yrs of experience as a successful project and/or program manager
Minimum of 2 yrs of aseptic processing/sterile manufacturing experience, either directly or in a direct supporting function (maintenance, project management, IT, or process automation)
A demonstrated technical skill relevant to GMP Manufacturing (such as PLC, SCADA, MES, BMS, IT Networking, server administration)
Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills across a variety of stakeholders, as well as expertise with business tools
Fluency in English

Experience working with Information Technology teams
Experience with delivering GMP IT and Process Automation applications
Understanding of Lean Manufacturing /Six Sigma methodology
