Energize your career at ATC! We’re adding a Substation Engineer to our growing team be responsible for technical design, oversight and review of project engineering work in support of the development and implementation of our substation projects.Essential Responsibilities:
Leverage your experience in power systems design, build, or operation of power generation, FACTS devices or T&D systems. Work for a great company by assisting in the scoping, design, and construction of transmission substations and transmission support resource projects. Work with internal and external team and service providers to design and oversee the development of design documents to ensure they are compliant with ATC’s design engineering guides, standards and good utility practices. In addition, you’ll coordinate reviews of project estimates for cost and scope accuracy and provide technical input to obtain services from external consultants. You’ll use your bachelors’ degree in Electrical engineering to support our construction department during the construction phase of projects by resolving technical and engineering problems.
