Responsibilities
This program will offer you real-world experience in a corporate communications function. You will have the opportunity to work alongside professional communicators in a creative environment – leading with data to influence change and helping us deliver on our vision to help connect people to our purpose through the power of integrated communication. Your role will be on the Analytics and Reporting team where we enable insights and measurement for communications strategies. Responsibilities may include:
• Use data to drive internal and external communication strategies, refine tactics and measure success.
• Partner with internal and external communication teams, identifying insights to inform strategy and use data to provide guidance on the most impactful campaigns for planning processes.
• Identify, capture, and analyze meaningful data, building analytic reports to identify patterns and trends.
• Applying internal communications tools and technology.
Qualifications
We are looking for the following:
• Current undergraduate or graduate students majoring in communications, journalism, marketing, business analytics or an equivalent program of study.
• 3.5 or above GPA preferred.
• Experience with the application of data and analytics, consumer insights, or communications/public relations (earned media monitoring and measurement).
• Curiosity to solve problems and use data to guide solutions.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment, as well as work independently.
• Experience communicating with audiences.
• Drive and initiative to influence positive change.
• A can-do attitude, and someone who loves to have a bit of fun!
Internship Program Eligibility: To be eligible for an internship, candidates must be in an undergraduate or post-graduate program with a graduation date of August 2025 or later.
What You Can Expect:
- Dates of internship: May 19, 2025 – August 1, 2025
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 38.75 hours per week
- Due to the short duration of the summer program, it is an expectation that hired interns will be available for the duration of the summer internship with little to no disruption in work schedule.
- Hourly Rate: $22.00/hour. In addition, selected interns will be eligible for a $2,000 stipend (minus applicable taxes)!
- Location: Candidates will have the option of working remotely or in a hybrid environment in one of two locations (Dunwoody, GA and Bloomington, IL)
- Selected interns should plan to spend time working from home and some time working in the office as part of our hybrid work environment. Please note that relocation benefits will not apply.
