When will you work?
- This internship will work onsite in our Swedesboro, NJ facility. The hours are flexible for the position (20 hours/week), with the ideal working hours of Monday- Friday in 4-hour blocks, or 4 days a week in 5-6-hour blocks.
What you’ll do:
- Work directly in the operation of the non-compounding commercial pharmacy
- Collaborate with cross functional teams across the organization to simplify and harmonize procedures, and policies
- Perform receiving and put-away of inventory
- Collaborate with supply chain team to drive down backlogs of expired goods
- Work on special projects, i.e. automation projects
- Provide metrics data for weekly operations metrics reporting
- Attend necessary meetings
- Work with operation leaders to create improved metrics reporting and update regularly
- Learn the day to day operations of a non-compounding pharmacy
