This role is a dedicated team player knowledgeable in developing processes, procedures, guidelines, and standardization. Research and gather requirements for monitoring, design, build, test, and implementation with efficiency, and create a dramatically better overall customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Acts with advanced knowledge of the implementation and maintenance of our clients IT Infrastructure.
- Applies advanced skills in multiple technical areas such as Containerization, Automation, Cloud Platforms, Hardware/Software Administration, Enterprise Architecture & Best Practices, and Security & Compliance to improve operational reliability and IT maturity.
- Partners with Enterprise Architecture, maintaining the strategy and vision of AAG's technology systems and ensuring alignment of forward-looking strategies and roadmaps.
- Takes initiative to research, develop, and communicate technology roadmaps, opportunities, and constraints to IT leadership.
- Applies industry best practices to the continuous process improvement life cycle that drives operational excellence.
- Participates in the team's On-Call rotation schedule.
Experience & Education
- 2 years of technical IT experience, or related area.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree, or an additional two years of relevant training/experience in lieu of this degree.
- Experience with datacenter environments (AD, VMware, Citrix, NetApp, Cisco, F5, SCCM, etc.).
- Experience with hosted cloud environments (Azure, AWS, Google, etc.).
- Experience with enterprise operating systems (Windows Server, Windows 10, Enterprise Linux, etc.)
- Experience implementing automation, effective monitoring, and infrastructure-as-code.
- Ability to automate our operational processes as needed, with accuracy and in compliance with our security requirements, all while ensuring that all meet our customer service standards and reduce errors.
- Minimum age of 18.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Agile methodologies, system development lifecycles, and DevOps best practices.
- Experience applying ITIL and IT process best practices.
- Experience conveying knowledge to diverse groups of people, such as classes, brown bag meetings, or seminars to ensure a consistent application of standards is established.
- Effective communication skills (e.g., verbal, written, and listening).

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $36 to $43.75. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
