Full Job Description

Description:System Engineer for the F35 Mission Planning Environment (MPE) team that is the main point of contact for various foreign countries. They are responsible for ensuring that the MPE SW product is delivered to them. Task include understand what capabilities are in their countries release and coordinating those requirements with the MPE design and SW teams. They also work with MPE test team to verify all the requirements are met and that the SW gets sent out.

Other tasking includes address the customers questions pre and post delivery of the SW product. They communicate with the customer the the environment that is required to host the SW.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a STEM area
- F-35 Mission Planning Experience
- Experience working with systems deployment
- Experience Systems Design & Architecture
- Proven developing process improvement strategies
Desired Skills:
- Experience building and presenting briefing material to government agencies and foreign customers
-Experience with the testing and verification of SW products
- Ability to gather high level requirements and decompose to detailed SW reequipments
- Understand IT infrastructures
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Top Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
