We’re looking for a Team Leader-Technology Infrastructure to manage a complex multi-site infrastructure that supports all application and data services for a rapidly growing, technology intensive organization. You’ll lead and contribute to a multi-disciplinary team that designs and implements new solutions, performs periodic hardware and software updates, expands capacity to support growth, and plans for disasters.Essential Responsibilities:
In this role, you’ll use your bachelor’s degree or related experience and seven years’ progressive experience in IT, cybersecurity or business management to collaborate with other ATC technology teams and business functions to support mission critical, highly available computing services and maintains effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
You’ll lead a team of technology engineers and administrators across a breadth of disciplines including servers, virtualization, data protection, and networking to deliver secure and reliable technology platforms. You’ll foster a culture of high performance and innovation, while providing coaching, mentoring and development to the team.
In addition, you’ll execute the technology strategy for ATC’s hosting infrastructure and provide alignment between business demands and technology solutions, collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure systems meet business requirements for availability, performance, and compatibility and be responsible for the recoverability of critical business data and technology services in the event of a disaster or significant event.
