We are looking for you to join our team as a Technical Services Project Management Specialist based out of Cincinnati, OH.
What you'll get to do:
Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as liaison between program management, production, planning, procurement, supply chain, quality, supplier quality, and project team. Review status of projects and budgets; manage schedules and prepare status reports. Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet project requirements, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress, intervention and problem solving with Engineering Managers, Manufacturing Managers, and Program Management.
Basic Qualifications:
• A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in project management, supply chain, engineering or business OR in lieu of a degree, 6 or more years of related professional/military experience in project management, supply chain, engineering or business that includes a background in project management may be considered
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications to include PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Experience with SAP and MRP
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret clearance
• US citizenship required
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Project Management principles and experience utilizing them professionally.
• Proven success managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Able to read engineering documentation, BOM Structures, and PLM tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including presentation skills to senior leadership.
• Understanding of Operations processes including production, procurement, supplier management, material management and release, planning, quality processes, and work order management.
• Strong Excel skills to include utilization of Pivot Tables. MS Access skills are a plus.
• Current/Active Security Clearance
• Experience with EVMS processes
• Experience with proposals and
• Demonstrated Process Improvement skills/abilities.
• SharePoint experience.

Salary Range: $79,300 - $118,900
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
