Reporting to the General Manager, employee will ensure tenant satisfaction at the property through creating engagement programs that build community within the Schiltz Park campus, located in downtown Milwaukee.
Responsibilities:
- Implement or execute social Experiences & Amenity Activation, Fitness/Wellness Engagement, Social Media Curation, Tenant App Curation if applicable, and Tenant Feedback.
- Act as a liaison/tenant ambassador to tenants for Property Management team.
- Build tenant network to promote building programming and amenities through a developed tenant relations plan.
- Enhance and build upon existing network of service providers to deliver on program plans, using local/diverse vendors whenever possible.
- Interface with leasing team to enhance prospective tenant tours and coordinates broker events as requested.
- Consult in budget forecasting for future year’s programming recommendations.
- Develop an understanding of client and tenant value systems, brand and ESG initiatives.
- In collaboration with leasing teams, have a working knowledge of building comps, understanding of competitor programming and amenities, and research prospective tenants to design a tailored tour experience.
- Proactively develop experiential programming and gifting plan with annual budget placeholders and provides calendar of events on a quarterly basis.
- Create and manage events budget and tracks the actual spend.
- Plan/execute all building events, such as get-to-knows, contests, tenant appreciation, promotions, giveaways, health fairs, charitable drives, community involvement and philanthropic efforts.
- Continually develops relationships with local businesses to provide services that will enhance the building’s experience program.
- Builds tenant network and database to promote campus amenities and programming, either through opt-in email list or tenant experience app.
- Creates and produces visual marketing for e-blast, digital screens, lobby posters, flyers, etc.
- Develops social media following to promote asset’s brand identity through Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Document and escalate maintenance and facilities issues through the proper channels.
- Learn basic A/V troubleshooting and assist customers with utilizing the systems seamlessly.
- Assists Property Management team in obtaining all necessary COIs and vendor contracts for events/programs.
- Set up focus groups to gain insight into tenant desires for events, as well as gauge their opinions on experiences that have been done in the past, to help shape the programming.
- Participates in bi-weekly client calls and required Lincoln training.

This position is 100% in-office. The role requires working in office during standard business hours. Remote work or telecommuting is not an option for this position.
