Job Description:
Personalized Planning & Advice Strategic Market Account Executive (AE) will lead acquisition efforts with clients/prospects in the Strategic and Tax Exempt Market (TEM) Strategic Markets.
Role is National and will require travel (~25%).

Emphasis is on effective sales process and territory management. Role will sell Managed Account capabilities to both existing DC clients (through Relationship Managers) and alongside other AE's to new logo prospects.
The Role
As a Managed Account Strategic Market Account Executive, you will be responsible for prospecting and advancing opportunities. You will lead pursuits and be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships internally and externally.
The Expertise You Have
15+ years institutional sales or client-facing experience required.
Deep defined contribution experience required.
Strategic Market experience preferred.
Managed Account experience preferred
NASD Series7 and 63 required.
College degree required.

Ability to comprehend and conceptualize prospect needs / interests and devise effective strategies
Critical listening, questioning and communication skills (written and verbal)
Relationship selling skills (B2B client and external consultant)
Ability to sustain the complex sale and longer institutional sales cycle (typically 2+ months).
Complex and competitive fee and contract negotiation
Demonstrated product and service subject matter expertise
Ability to coordinate RFP process working with internal partners and consultants
Exceptional prioritization, time management and organizational skills.

The Team
You will help Fidelity and WI grow through the acquisition of new managed account clients, assets and multi-product relationships. AEs also help retain existing clients merging with other organizations.
