As a Warehouse Lead, you will be leading a team to ensure a safe and reliable operational environment. You will execute standard processes and procedures for warehouse activities. You will ensure to meet internal and external customers requirement.

As a Warehouse Lead, you will be responsible for:

Leading a team to provide and oversee the delivery and classification of incoming stock
Managing internal systems to show receivership of goods, stocking levels and location of stock
Sharing information and data with internal cross-functional teams to highlight potential risks and opportunities
Leading internal process by example to ensure compliance, safety and quality for your warehouse team
Identifying and implementing enhancements to processes and procedures to improve efficiency

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a degree in a related discipline or a High School Diploma/GED with at least 3 years of industry experience gained in warehousing or logistics
Have at least 1 year of experience with large forklifts
Have leadership experience of managing a team in a cross-functional business organization
Have solid knowledge and understanding of ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP
Show excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Demonstrate the ability to utilize LEAN or continuous improvement methodologies

Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Working flexible hours - flexing the times when you work in the day to help you fit everything in and work when you are the most productive.
There will be scheduled times when this role needs to be on call.
