Job Summary
As a Clinical Coordinator RN, you manage projects and programs daily, coordinate tasks crucial for site operations, and organize events. Your expertise and supervision skills contribute to team success.
What You'll Do
- Providing care by assessing patients, setting goals together, implementing interventions, adjusting as needed, and aiding in discharge planning.
- Giving meaningful education to patients and their family members.
- Maintaining accurate documentation in the medical record using suitable terminology on a timely basis.
- Managing daily department operations includes budget monitoring, staff productivity, regulatory compliance, staffing, payroll, equipment ordering, troubleshooting, and data collection.
- Developing in-service and specific continuing education programs for staff.
- Manage staff to ensure quality care for patients and families. Provide direct care as needed.
- Creating an environment that encourages collaboration and maintains effective communication with colleagues, other departments and administration.
What Will Make You Successful In The Role
- A successful candidate should know medical terms well, including disease prevention, health promotion, and risk reduction. They should also understand medications, including their effects and potential side effects.
- High ethical standards are vital. Patient privacy must be respected.
- Communication skills include clear writing. Verbal communication is important too.
- Adaptability with stakeholders is necessary.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are crucial.
- Have great computer skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency, information security knowledge, and scheduling experience.

Qualifications
- You should have completed at least an Associate's degree.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Registered Nurse License.
