Position Overview
The Senior Community Technician works to complete all maintenance and groundskeeping tasks as deemed necessary by their supervisor. Their work includes completing daily work orders, preventative maintenance tasks, proper grounds keeping, trash removal, equipment repair, etc.
What You Will Do
- Oversees Vendor Relations
- Responsible for supply procurement
- Handles Accounts Payable tasks
- Must be able to work a full shift / required work schedule
- This includes extended hours during turnover period
- Also includes responding to on-call situations as needed
- Complete work orders for residential units and for common areas as needed
- Complete preventative maintenance as assigned on building equipment
- Ensure completion of daily checklists
- Maintain exterior cleanliness and overall curb appeal for the property
- Respond and when necessary coordinate response to any building emergencies including but not limited to flooding, fire, mechanical failure, etc.
- Responsible for ensuring product presentation meet brand and company standards at all times
Ideally, you'll have
- High School or equivalent education
- Technical or vocational schooling for HVAC or other related fields preferred
- 5+ years experience in a real estate or multifamily maintenance capacity
You'll crush it if you have experience with

Specifications (All Engineering Staff)
- Requirement to lift up to (75) lbs. as needed
- The ability to use a variety of hand and power tools
- Must be able to work in environmentally and physically challenging working conditions
- Must be able to demonstrate safe work practices and the proper use of PPE
- Must have a valid driver’s license, valid insurance, and reliable transportation
