PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS
Salary Range*: $40 to $45 Per hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

Position Type: Full-time Contract

Location: Richmond, VA (Onsite)
As a Structured Cabling Network Engineer, you will:
- Responsible for design, direct, review, implement, improve, engineer, and cable (network/voice).
- Work with vendors to develop and implement solutions, develop policies and guidelines, troubleshoot major/minor network failures, analyze network capacity, manage vendor relationships, support agreements, and validate network billing related to all aspects of the network based on Network and Telecommunications standards and best practices.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in data and telecommunications to include installing, testing, and inspecting deployed communications systems.
- Experience in the installation, maintenance, and support of critical, multi-site networks.
- Knowledge of wireline and wireless, including fiber optics, T1, DS-3, MPLS, cellular technologies, CDMA, TDMA, VoIP, 5G, TCP/IP, UDP, ICMP, and IP Networks.
- Working knowledge of networking tools, such as Fluke Versiv with light meter, netAlly AirCheck G3, netAlly nXG, iperf3, nmap, wireshark, and traceroute.
