Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities
Operate, inspect and troubleshoot all Powerhouse equipment and Plant Utility systems efficiency, financially responsibly and support customer's requests.

Respond, monitor and react to fire system trouble/alarms.

Perform all operations in accordance with the specified guidelines and instructions, while exercising safety for oneself and others.

Working conditions include: Heavy industrial environment, including, but not limited to exposure to heat, cold, dust, dirt, coolants, oils, noise, heights, and confined spaces.

Physical Requirements: Bending, lifting, and pushing weights of up to 40 pounds or more.

Additional Requirements:
High School diploma/GED required, must hold & maintain a valid driver's licenseand be able to meet Kohler Company's MVR Guidelines and maintain good standing.
Must achieve a passing score on technical skills test.

Must provide own tools.

Must have completed/obtain within 12-months of hire or transfer:High-Pressure Boilers POWENGR 331 coursework via Milwaukee Area Technical College or equivalent training.Required to be an active participant on the Kohler Company Fire Brigade, responding to plant fires.

Preferred Qualifications:
Mechanical proficiency and willingness to operate industrial machinery
