Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide special Mobile Apps compliance and SOP Audit input and compliance reviews.
- Engage Markets and requestors on Mobile Apps related to mobile listings, Apps feedback and compliance.
- Manage vulnerability and technical scanning of mobility applications and ensure applications meet required technical and security standards.
- Perform Mobile Apps review and Store Quality Management. Work with software engineering group and agencies to identify technical improvements and technical strategy.
- Prepare and monitor Mobile Traffic Usage, Comments and Adverse Event Reporting.
- Serve as member of Mobile Compliance Governance.
- Perform Mobile Cookbook and Jira Service Desk Publishing and Maintenance.
- Conduct Mobile Team process improvements. Manage US Market accounts in services and support.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by building websites, successful digital campaigns, and product launches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product, Infra, Web Development & Testing to provide feedback and facilitate ongoing improvements in user experience.
- Design, setup, manage project, oversee updates and maintenance of WordPress Resource Center website.
- Act as ServiceNow process and knowledge lead in assets approval and tracking.
- Up to 10% domestic/international travel required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field and 3 years of experience in the position offered or related.
- Must have 3 years of experience with all of the following: managing mobile applications; mobile application technologies; pharmaceutical sales and marketing processes; working with internal IT teams and vendors to provide Web Portal, Content Management and Digital support; working with Web Portal features components, digital ecosystem, WordPress Design, Themes and publishing; and working in a multi-regional, matrix environment.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
