Position Overview
The CVM In-Store Production Consultant is responsible for supporting all global new store openings through timeline and process management of all interior displays, along with general support CVM in-store production team.
Key Accountabilities
PROJECT/TIMELINE MANAGEMENT
- Partner with CVM Market Operations on all NSO floorplans with collection layouts and caseline fabric guidelines.
- Partner with supplier for custom displays, made to fit fixtures. This could range from engagement and watch displays. Gather 2D drawings and confirm with regional millworkers for an accurate fit. Confirm final orders with regional CVM managers. Maintain all final drawings and orders in shared NSO folders.
- Assist the In-Store Production assistant manager with signage and mirror orders for all new store openings. Partner with regional CVM managers to ensure proper language and quantities are ordered.
- Follow up on orders with regional teams as needed for NSO’s.
OPERATIONS
- Maintain new store opening project timeline, detailing opening dates based off Store Design timeline.
- Maintain a work-back schedule on the NSO timeline to initiate orders for all collateral.
- Organize and maintain the digital archives of order forms, completed orders, form inventory, standard operating procedures and other various resources. This is both on Sharepoint, as well as internal facing resources such as the intranet that regions access.
- Maintain library of samples.
- Maintain new store shipping trackers with collateral assortment for Logistics team to follow through.
- Ensure that all new store opening collateral has been ordered and suppliers are on track for agreed ship dates.
- Maintain NSO folders with all orders for each location.
- Handle logistics for one-off or small projects including packaging and shipping collateral/samples from NY Office.
- Support CVM In Store Production team with any special projects as needed.
The target rate of pay for this position is $40 per hour. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
