About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a leader to run Business Resiliency, Redress and Accommodations for Consumer Lending. This thought leader will need to have experience in strategic design of risk programs, execution with urgency, and collaboration with various stakeholders/partners.
In this role, you will:
- Manage and develop a team of individual contributors with focus on delivering service of moderate to high complexity for cross functional stakeholders and internal partners associated with the risk mitigation function or affected by its outcomes
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development by overseeing strategy and execution of all activities
- Lead team by making strategic decisions to resolve highly complex issues related to higher risk deliverables; interpret and develop range of policies and procedures for functions with moderate to high complexity and risk
- Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including senior leadership
- Engage and influence business heads, regulators, control management, risk, legal, and audit partners to successfully ensure appropriate management of business risk
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives in business group
- Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of risk management, business controls, or compliance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4+ years of management experience
Desired Qualifications:
- Strong experience in strategic design of risk programs
- Experience leading risk programs and ideally Business Resiliency and/or Customer Redress.
- Experienced in identifying opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills at senior/executive levels.
- In depth knowledge of the banking industry, trends, regulatory matters and risk management.
- Experience in strategy development and strategic execution.
- Strong interpersonal, influencing, and communications skills with a proven ability to interact across various management levels within an organization
- Experienced leading and managing transformation efforts and demonstrated ability to lead the front- line execution of large and complex initiatives within a matrixed environment
- Ability to think strategically and pivot between multiple priorities with a focus on work product/outcomes
- Experienced in building and leading high-performing teams and proven experience in developing talent

This role offers a hybrid work schedule.
Ability to travel up to 10%of the time.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
