The Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Organizational Management, Development, and Engagement (ODE) team collaborates with leaders across the AML Program to lead through evolving organizational needs, organize management routines, and enhance the associate experience. As an Associate, Project Manager for the ODE Team, you will partner to ensure the well-managed logistics of ODE, while partnering closely with teammates and key stakeholders across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Primary responsibility is supporting a well-managed agenda, proactive anticipation and planning of what is around the corner
Develop and continuously iterate to enable the transparency, efficiency and effectiveness of the ODE Team
Prepare meeting agendas, coordinate materials, and assist in the facilitation of team routines
Standardize team processes to support simplicity, structure, and 'get ahead of the ask'
Maintain tracker/form of organization to track requests, priorities, materials, and follow-ups
Demonstrates high-level project knowledge
Maintain ODE documents and Google site, as well as AML Pulse page
The ability to facilitate the assessment, analysis and alignment of project deliverables in accordance with the intent of a project
Assist team with project planning activities
Develop and leverage key relationships with stakeholders that enable collaboration across the organization

Exhibit a proven track record of project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage the work
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 1 year of project management experience, event management experience, or administrative professional experience
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
2 years of project management experience, event management experience, or administrative professional experience
Strong organizational and collaboration skills
Proficient in Google suite
