- Identify client business needs and develop strategic advertising solutions across linear, digital, and cross-platform offerings.
- Support all phases of the sales cycle, including prospecting, proposal development, campaign execution, and post-sale analysis.
- Create compelling presentations, sales materials, pitch decks, wrap reports, and RFP responses.
- Own and manage campaign assets, creative approvals, and execution timelines.
- Track sales activity, pipeline updates, deal status, and client performance through regular reporting and analysis.
- Collaborate with Account Executives, Sales Planners, Research, Marketing, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to develop and execute successful campaigns.
- Analyze campaign and sales data to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Prospect and cultivate new business opportunities while supporting the growth and retention of existing accounts.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive activity, and evolving media solutions to effectively advise clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in media sales, advertising, media planning, ad operations, account management, or a related field.
- Experience working with linear television, digital media, addressable advertising, or cross-platform media solutions.
- Proven experience supporting the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pre-sale, sales execution, and post-sale activities.
- Strong understanding of media math, reporting, and campaign performance analysis.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to manipulate data, uncover insights, and translate findings into measurable business recommendations.
- Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience interacting directly with clients and agency partners.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
