Lincoln Property Company is looking for a Commercial Real Estate Associate Broker to join our dynamic Washington DC downtown leasing team to not only provide support but to be instrumental in targeting new pursuits.
Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities in the market through cold calling, networking and selling
- Agency with focus on leasing and marketing
- Cultivate relationships with potential clients and set meetings
- Maintain superior market knowledge through research and networking both internal and external to the firm
- Compile, review and analyze industry-specific market data
- Prepare and deliver content through client presentations alongside other team members
- Prepare financial analyses and lease abstracts
- Negotiate leases and LOI’s
- Constant development of new and existing solutions that help our clients achieve their needs
- Maintain excellent investor, tenant and owner relationships
- Collaborate with other Lincoln brokers on existing leasing and management portfolios in addition to new business initiatives
Desired Competency, Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 1-5 years of related work experience (sales or real estate)
- Outgoing personality with a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills across all mediums
- Telecommunication experience a plus
- Established local network a plus
- Real estate salesperson license or willingness to obtain one in Washington, DC (required to perform job)
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Ppt, Outlook) and ProCalc
This position is 100% in-office. The role requires working in office during standard business hours. Remote work or telecommuting is not an option for this position.
