Overview:
The Sr. Specialist (SR) will be an integral part of the Human Health Digital and Data Analytics (HHDDA) group. In this role, the SR will act as a strategic thought partner for marketing stakeholders, actively collaborating and providing data driven insights to help shape commercial decisions. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for providing strategic consulting to stakeholders, collaborating to identify and define business questions. They will then lead cross-functional teams in designing and delivering scalable solutions and valuable insights that address key business questions aligned with business priorities.
The SR may also play a key role in measuring the impact of promotional programs and providing recommendations on how best to optimize future promotional spend through data-driven insights. The SR should possess strong presentation skills, capable of effectively communicating complex methodologies, insights, and results to senior leadership in a concise manner.
Requirements
Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively develop and present insights and recommendations to key stakeholders
Ability to create concise, decision-driven presentations that inform tactical, and investment decisions made by US marketing.
Demonstrated experience in client and project management, including the ability to manage multiple analytical projects simultaneously
Ability to perform Hands-on analytics across multiple data sources to validate and triangulate insights.
Willingness to learn new data, methodologies/analytical techniques in the role
Experience working with pharmaceutical/healthcare claims, personal & non personal promotional data.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing strategic insights for senior leaders.
Proficiency in database management systems and modeling languages preferred (Python, SAS, SQL) as well as expertise with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred (but not required):
Prior Consulting, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare and/or Oncology Experience
Prior hands-on experience working with pharma data (DDD, Patient level data (APLD), EMR/EHR data sets, Lab datasets, prescription datasets (retail/nonretail HCP-Payer-plan-product level data), specialty pharmacy) is preferred.
Experience working in Oncology is highly preferred
Familiarity with analytical tools such as SQL, Python, Databricks and Dataiku.
Demonstrated experience in predictive modeling techniques and model interpretation.
Experience with marketing mix modeling projects.
Experience in performing return on investment (ROI) analytics.
Education:
Undergraduate degree is required
MBA or Master's or Doctorate degree in Mathematics, Economy, Computer Science, Statistics, Decision Science, Marketing, Engineering, Public Health, Biological Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, Medical Sciences is preferred.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

The Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job in certain states and cities within the United States. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate's relevant skills, experience, and education.
Expected US salary range:
$111,400.00 - $175,300.00Available benefits include bonus eligibility, long term incentive if applicable, health care and other insurance benefits (for employee and family), retirement benefits, paid holidays, vacation, and sick days. A summary of benefits is listed here.
