E-Commerce Digital Project Coordinator
- Location: REMOTE
- Duration: 12-month contract
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours
Job Description:
This role is responsible for coordinating, prioritizing, and facilitating all work related to the Annual Inspection and Retirement(P&C) Insurance digital content, to include public facing digital landing pages, online quote and buy flow digital content, and miscellaneous digital communications. This role will drive the end-to-end annual review process across a portfolio of different types of digital content, mitigating related risk by ensuring the digital content remains up-to-date, relevant, functional, legal, and compliant. Responsible for collaborating with multiple internal subject matter experts to conduct review sessions, make updates to digital content as needed, while maintaining meticulous documentation to evidence compliance with prescribed review standards.
Duties:
- Creates a quarterly project schedule to plan out the execution approach to perform ~ 200 digital page reviews and to make needed updates to the digital pages as necessary
- Facilitates sessions with key stakeholders (i.e. compliance, legal, digital page owners / content owners, insurance subject matter experts, etc.) to review the digital pages and request their feedback to ensure the content is current and is compliant with state and federal laws.
- Coordinates and executes making needed updates to digital pages from inception to completion in partnership with the digital page owner, content team, deployment team, etc. based on feedback from the key stakeholders.
- Meticulously tracks and communicates progress of executing the quarterly digital page reviews and making the needed updates to the digital pages.
- Meticulously maintains documentation to evidence compliance with prescribed digital page review standards.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree required
Required Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of Project Management practices/Project coordinator practices
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong Communication Skills (both verbal and written) - this role will interface with numerous stakeholders, and they will need to be able to communicate with the stakeholders effectively and efficiently (2 + years)
- Strong Planning (Project Management) and Execution Skills - this role will require the ability to plan out several small projects involving several stakeholders, leading the project, serving as a one of the project resources on some of the projects, and escalating any concerns along the way (2 + years)
- Strong Understanding and Knowledge of Digital Online Shopping Experiences - familiarity with how companies use the digital channel to promote, sale and service their products (2 + years)
- A plus would be experience with process improvement - documenting existing processes, monitoring process effectiveness, making recommendations to improve processes, etc.
